The Unique Blogger Award

I am so very behind on putting up my award posts! To everyone that has tagged me in an award just know they are coming! Slowly, but surely! I was nominated for The Unique Blogger Award by Stephanie from Stephanie’s Novel Fiction! Thank you so much, Stephanie! I am honored to have been chosen! Everyone go check out her blog! She is just the nicest, sweetest person and we are basically personality twins! Stephanie was one of the first bloggers in the blogging community to have reached out and talk to me, and I am so very grateful to be able to call her a friend!

THE RULES:

  • Share the link of the blogger who has shown love to you by nominating you.
  • Answer the questions.
  • In the spirit of sharing love and solidarity with our blogging family, nominate 8-13 people for the same award.
  • Ask them 3 questions.

STEPHANIE’S THREE QUESTIONS:

What is the one non-bookish thing that you absolutely cannot live without?

My family and friends! They mean the world to me! Without them, I would be nothing!  I have the most wonderful mom ever and I am so thankful to have her by my side! I also have some amazing nieces and nephews that I just adore to pieces! Seeing them just brightens up my day! I am also very thankful to the small group of friends and my wonderful boyfriend who have stuck by me through the years! I love you all!

What is the number one thing on your bucket list?

To travel the world! The world is so big and there’s so much to explore! If I had the money right now I would be traveling to as many places as I could!

What are the top four things you most appreciate in your life?

As I’ve already said above, my family and friends are what I appreciate the most!

I appreciate the fact that I have a job and am able to support myself and pay for my own car and apartment along with food and gas.

I’m appreciative of the fact that I live in the United States. We have so many privileges here that it makes me so sad that we, as a country, take for granted the fact that we come from a country of many resources. I try to remember everyday to not take for granted the simple things that I have, such as clean water or clean clothes on my back.

I am thankful for books and the fact that I can afford to buy them and am able to read them through the education that was provided by my country. They are a way for me to escape from reality for a little bit everyday.

MY QUESTIONS:

  1. What is one achievement that you are proud of?
  2. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
  3. Who gives you strength in everyday life?

  1. I would LOVE to travel the world one day! I tell people I want to live in a tiny home so I can save money and backpack across Europe

  2. Traveling is definitely something I want to make an effort to do, too. It’s amazing to see what’s out there and exploring it feels like I’m truly grown up!

  3. I really enjoyed reading this tag!
Friends and family are also my everything. I am such a daddies girl and have a brilliant mum and 2 older brothers that I would be lost without. I have the most loving husband, in laws and niece and nephew and another niece on the way. Along with reading, this is pretty much all I need in life.
I would also love to see more of the world. I dont think I could ever “travel” in the sense of going away for a few months or more at a time, as I am a home bird who would miss my family way too much. However I want to see more of the beautiful places the world has to offer. I visited Florida, Mauritius, Iceland and Belgium last year alone which I am really grateful for, and would like to think il see more places in the coming years!!
    Great post Danielle!! x

    1. Thank you! Yes, family really is everything! And wow! I would love to visit Iceland! My grandparents used to live in Florida so I can’t count how many times I’ve been there. I’ve been all over the US since I’m from here. I’ve also been to Mexico, Canada, Honduras, Grand Cayman, and Belize! I really want to travel all throughout Europe!
