My Must-Buy Books for 2018

Hello everyone! Today I decided to make out a list of my must-buy books for 2018. These are some of my favorite book series and I just can’t wait to get my hands on all of the 2018 releases!

Nevernight 3 (Title still to come)

(Cover still to come)

This is probably my most anticipated book of 2018. I really, really freakin’ love this series! I am so excited, yet nervous to read the conclusion to this fantastic series!

Obsidio

The minute I laid hands on Illuminae, I was hooked! I am so excited to finally get the ending to this amazing sci-fi series!

The Winter of the Witch

(I do not believe this is the final cover)

If you’ve been following my blog for awhile now, you will know that I absolutely adored both The Bear and the Nightingale and The Girl in the Tower so it should be no surprise to find this one on my list!

Queen of Air and Darkness

I love everything about the shadowhunter world that Cassandra Clare has created! I’m shadowhunter trash. Of course this one made my list!

Nyxia Unleashed

I have been raving about Nyxia since the day I read it. This is one of the best sci-fi books I have read! There is also a huge amount of diversity in this book which is a major plus in my eyes!

The Book of Dust 2: The Secret Commonwealth

(Cover still to come)

Okay, so I’m going to be honest here. I haven’t read The Book of Dust 1: La Belle Sauvage yet. I’m sorry! I just haven’t had the time yet! This made the list based on my love for Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials series. Since The Book of Dust is a companion novel with His Dark Materials, I am expecting to love this series just as much. At least that’s what I’m hoping for!

Those are my top must-buy books for 2018. Every author on this list has made it to my auto-buy list. They are my absolute favorites! Are you anticipating any of these books? Let me know in the comments below! ‘Til next time!

  1. I really want to start the series by Cassandra Clare. I’m told I have to go ALL the way back to City of bones though. It’s pretty intimidating. BUT I’ll attempt it!! Love your list!!

  2. I’ll definitely be jumping on board for The Secret Commonwealth. It’s set in the future, when Lyra is at university. I’m really looking forward to it?
